At PCHS we are committed to providing you the best! This theme is not just for our products but our process as well. Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment. Our standard shipping will take 3-5 business days. We require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination. If you are out of time and need your hair tomorrow, we have you covered! For an additional price we offer an express service so you can keep your appointment. Orders must be placed by 12:30 EST to ship out same day. No shipping on weekends and Holidays. 

Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. In order to receive credit for your exchange the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it. For more information please email us!
